Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential renovations

  • Strong leadership skills with proven crew management experience

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building codes

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Comfortable using JobTread for project management and reporting

  • Must pass background and reference checks
